A few interesting facts:
The Striped Blue Crow butterfly is a brush-footed butterfly found across South & Southeast Asia. These are the wings of a male, featuring velvety dark-brown glossed with a rich, iridescent blue and dotted with small white spots. Whereas the females are a lighter brown with distinct, elongated white streaks and broad markings. The caterpillars eat plants containing poisons (like oleander and fig sap), making the adult butterflies toxic to animals if eaten. They exhibit a behaviour known as mud-puddling where they gather on wet sand or mud to drink mineral-rich water.
